Thin Blame and one issue

I bought 3 of them.
So Iike it. I use it to make knoves that I offer to my friends and family.
The shape is nice and the metal is good quality, but I see 2 issues /
1/ The blade is thin. then it is not easy to grill at the right size.
2/ One of the blade I bought, was not straight. It had an angle. Not good for a knife.
