The information which we collect
When you register to be a customer we will collect the information which is necessary to provide our services to you. You will be required to provide your name, address, email, and telephone number.
For a company we will ask for the company name, contact person,address, email, telephone number and your VAT number, if you are a company within the European Union.
We share your information with third parties which provide services required for either payment or shipping. These providers are Unifaun, DHL, Postnord, Posti and Matkahuolto for shipping. For payments we share with Paytrail and Paypal. All mentioned have their own security systems, and we cannot be held responsible for their actions. The data will only be shared with the courier and payment provider of your choice.
For returns, we may ask for your bank details. This information we do not share with anyone digitally, only paper receipts which is kept with our bookkeeper.
For marketing purposes we share your email address with Mailchimp which we use to send newsletters. You can opt in or out of this service at any time.
For marketing purposes we also use Facebook and Instagram, tho we do not collect any information from these scources. You as a customer can opt in and out of this in accordance to their respective terms.
Paper receipts and/or invoices of all purchases and sales are kept in locked premises at our accountant for 2 years. After this the papers are kept a further 8 years at our facilities in a safe locked cabinet in accordance with Finnish accounting law.
When we establish a commercial realtionship to suppliers,manufactures or other parts that are necessery for running a business, we collect the companys name, contact person, address, email, telephone number and the VAT number for companies within the European Union.

How we use personal information
We use the personal information which we collect to provide our services to you. Where appropriate we will also use it to confirm that you represent your business, that our services are suitable for your business and to set up the payment mechanism. This will involve our disclosing the personal information to carefully selected third parties. We may also use the personal data to tailor the web site to your needs and to provide you with details of products and services which we think will be of interest to you.
Delete your information
Your account, including all your personal information given, is immediately deleted on your request per email to email@example.com by our IT Manager or other member of our personnel.
